01 / PROPERTY FILM

MAIDSTONE.

Residential property film

A cinematic portrait of residential life, capturing the atmosphere of a home through the people and moments that give it meaning.

02 / PROPERTY FILM

A morning in no hurry.

Luxury real estate film

Arrival as a feeling: one golden-hour stay at an oceanfront residence, paced slowly enough to breathe.

03 — CASE STUDY

Making ALONDRA.

An original advertising concept for an imagined luxury hotel, exploring the experience of a family rediscovering connection during an extraordinary stay.

The Approach

Story first. Amenities second.

Most hotel commercials showcase a destination. ALONDRA begins with its guests.

A family arrives together, but their attention is elsewhere—absorbed by phones, screens, and the distractions of everyday life. Over the course of their stay, those distractions gradually give way to shared experiences.

The story. Rather than relying on narration or a conventional tour of amenities, the film communicates its transformation through character, performance, and visual storytelling. Small moments become meaningful: a phone put away, an evening spent together, a shared view at sunrise.

The setting. The hotel is more than a backdrop. Its architecture, atmosphere, and experiences create the conditions for the family’s reconnection. The property becomes an essential part of the story without overwhelming it.

The goal was to create something more memorable than a showcase of amenities: a cinematic experience that communicates how a destination can make people feel.

01

The brief

One family, one stay

A family arrives at a 1920s Mediterranean-revival hotel, each of them somewhere else: on the phone, on a screen, behind headphones. Over one stay, the place quietly brings them back to each other.

02

Scope and deliverables

Film, then site assets

The film: concept, script and direction, finished as a 1:10 film in 16:9 with sound.

Prepared for this website: poster stills and a short preview loop. These are site assets, not part of the film.
